These pictures will help them to discuss what kinds of music and dance they know and like. Then they listen to the extracts about rhythm and different art forms: Beijing Opera, Rock ¡®n¡¯ Roll, Folk Dancing and Ballet.This part is designed to help students recall their bacnd knowledge about music, Bejing Opera and dance and prepare students for the study of the whole unit. The central part of this period is the reading passage with the name of Performance Alanis --A True Performer.
