【设计思想】
本节课主要是词汇表中重点单词的讲解，通过教师讲解、学生操练、仿写等活动帮助学生掌握本课重点词汇、短语等，最后以写作的方式输出所学内容。
【教学目标】
After this class, students are supposed to:
1. grasp the usage of some important words and phrases;
2. put what they have learned into use by writing a speech;
【重点难点】
1. How to help students grasp the important language points: border; content; owe; equip; considering的用法
2. How to help students to organize an article by using as many new words as possible
【教学环节】
Step 1 Greetings
Step 2 Read the new words and phrases
Teacher leads the students to read the word list together and pay attention to some pronunciations.
Step 3 Language points
1. border
(1) n. 国界、边界
E.g. The train crosses the border between France and Spain.
(2) v. 和……接壤
E.g. Swaziland borders South Africa and Mozambique.
2. content
(1) n. 内容、目录、满意
E.g. the contents of the book
the contents of the bag
(2) adj. 满意的、知足的
固定搭配：
be content with sth 对……很满
be content to do sth 乐意做……
E.g. The famous actor wasn’t content with a minor role in the film.
(3) V. 使满足、使满意
固定搭配：content oneself with sth
E.g. We should never content ourselves with book knowledge.
