生命教育理论下教师面临的挑战

摘要：在今天的教学改革大潮中，教育越来越关注对学生的人文关怀、关注学生在教育教学中的生命体验。如何在教学中体现生命的价值和本质已经成为广大教师研究的新课题。文章通过对生命教育理论的解读，以师生关系的转变为主线，从六个方面分析了信息社会中教师面临的挑战，并简单阐释了教师以何种心态，何种观念，何种方式进行教学。

Challenge which the teacher faces under the education theory of the life

Abstract： In today's spring tide of reform in education, educate pay more and more attention to humane care , concern student's life in educational teaching to students to experience. How to reflect the value and essence of the life in teaching have already become new subjects that teachers have studied. The article is passed correctly education theory of the life is understood, take transition of the teacher-student relationship as the thread, analyse challenge that teacher face among the information-intensive society from six respect, explain so as to which kind of psychology it will be Mr. briefly, any ideas, any ways carry on teaching.

新课程的实施为教师提供了广阔的舞台，使得教师概念的转变成了顺其自然，甚至是迫在眉睫。不少教师在拍手称快的同时又陷入了深深自问：如果说以前是实践缺少理论支持的话，那如今仿佛又是理论走到了实践的前面。当大家昨天还埋怨找不到创新的路子时，今天却已经是“条条大道通罗马”，只是一夜之间出现的捷径毕竟不是鲁迅先生说的“世上原本没有路，走的人多了，也便成了路”的那种被众人小心翼翼走出来的小径，把握不好，捷径也可能是迷途。“教学不仅是技术，更是一种艺术”[1]，如果我们仍然本着“干一行，爱一行”的被动心理来与学生沟通交流，处理教学内容，把握教学环节的话，创新最终可能只是一纸空文。
